LAS POSITAS <br /> BOULEVARD <br /> SUMMARY <br /> Tract 8246 created 94 condominium units and nine open space lots on an <br /> approximately 5.9-acre site located at 5850 W. Las Positas Blvd. The property is <br /> located as shown on Attachment 1. All public improvements have been constructed and <br /> are ready for acceptance. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> 1. Accept public improvements constructed for Tract 8246. <br /> 2. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> There will be a minimal increase to the budget for the maintenance of public <br /> improvements. Tax revenue generally covers the increased cost to provide services and <br /> maintain infrastructure. <br />
