<br />Resolution No. PC-99-90 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Given the limited size ofthe proposed seminars and classes, and the <br />limited nature ofthe liquor sales, the proposal will not impact surrounding <br />uses. The uses proposed will comply with applicable Building and Fire <br />Codes. The Police Department staff has no objections to the subject <br />proposal. As conditioned, the uses could be referred back to the Planning <br />Commission should unanticipated impacts be present. <br /> <br />3. The proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable <br />provisions of the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> <br />As conditioned, the proposed use will comply with all provisions and <br />requirements of the City's zoning ordinance. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed use, as conditioned, <br />would be compatible with the surrounding uses or properties. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />Approves Case UP-99-53, the application of the Wine Steward (Joe Sasek) for a <br />conditional use permit to operate a wine store, and to permit holding seminars in <br />conjunction with the proposed wine store and other ancillary uses located at 641 <br />Main Street, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and <br />made part ofthis case by reference. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 27TH DAY OF OCTOBER 1999 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Kameny, Kumaran, Maas, Roberts, and Sullivan <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />~~'~ <br />Pegg d ~A <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Mary R~S <br />Chairperson <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />.~ffiJ~ <br /> <br />Larissa Seto <br />Assistant City Attorney <br />
