San Francisco will dedicate a I-acre fire station site that will enhance the <br />Pleasanton's Fire Department's response time to South Pleasanton. <br /> <br />16. San Francisco will provide a specified setback along the Arroyo de La <br />Laguna to allow for the implementation of regional flood control solutions. <br /> <br />17. San Francisco will provide up to $100,000.00 for removal of the existing <br />Bernal Bridge abutments to reduce upstream flooding and will dedicate right-of-way to <br />accommodate construction of the new bridge. <br /> <br />18. Pleasanton will obtain inclusionary affordable housing set aside in <br />perpetuity for low-income households. <br /> <br />19. San Francisco will pay the additional $2 million cost of constructing an <br />underpass for the Valley Avenue crossing of the UPRR railroad to address community <br />visual and noise concerns. <br /> <br />20. San Francisco will assign surplus water rights to Pleasanton in order to <br />provide an opportunity for Pleasanton to acquire new water supplies. <br /> <br />21. San Francisco will pay Pleasanton's transportation, capital facilities, and <br />affordable housing fees. <br /> <br />22. San Francisco will pay regional transportation fees. <br /> <br />23.
