<br />Resolution No. PC-99-78 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for the application of <br />Ted Mavridis for rezoning of a 9, 120-square-foot site from the R-I-6,500 <br />(Single-Family Residential) District and Core Area Overlay District to the C-C <br />(Central-Commercial) District and Core Area Overlay District. <br /> <br />Section 2. The Planning commission finds that the proposed project will have a de minimis <br />impact on the site's wildlife. <br /> <br />Section 3.
