<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-99-78 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION PREPARED FOR THE APPLICATION OF TED MAVRIDlS, AS <br />FILED UNDER CASE RZ-99-04 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ted Mavridis has applied for rezoning of a 9,120-square-foot site from the <br />R-1-6,500 (Single-Family Residential) District and Core Area Overlay District to <br />the C-C (Central-Commercial) District and Core Area Overlay District located at <br />357 Ray Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 27, 1999, the Planning Commission received a proposed <br />negative declaration prepared for the proposed project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of <br />the proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with <br />the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project would not have a <br />significant environmental impact; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission further finds that the proposed project will have no <br />potential for adverse impacts on the site's wildlife. <br />
