No equipment or temporary structures shall be placed within or <br /> beneath the dripline of the existing trees. <br /> Failure to comply with these requirements may result in a "stop work order". <br /> 112. SITE LIGHTING: All site lighting shall be Dark Sky Compliant and shall be <br /> subject to review and approval by the City Landscape Architect prior to building <br /> permit issuance. <br /> 113. BIO-SWALE PLANTING AND IRRIGATION: The planting in the bio-swale shall <br /> be a mixture of evergreen grasses and flowering shrubs subject to the review <br /> and approval of the City Landscape Architect. The irrigation for the trees and the <br /> shrubs in the bio-swale shall be on separate irrigation valves. (Project Specific <br /> Condition) <br /> OPERATIONS SERVICES DEPARTMENT — ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> SERVICES/UTILITIES DIVISION — 925-931-5500 <br /> 114. BACKFLOW PREVENTION ASSEMBLIES: Backflow preventer assemblies shall <br /> be designed and installed in accordance with current City Standards 704, 705, <br /> 706; State Health and Safety Code; Title 17; and as required by the Director of <br /> Operations and Water Utilities. All backflow preventer assemblies shall be tested <br /> and certified by a City approved tester with the certification submitted to the <br /> City's contractor, Aqua Backflow. Testing will be performed at the time City water <br /> is turned on to the site. If an existing backflow preventer is on the site it shall be <br /> tested and certified by an approved tester with the certification submitted to the <br /> City's contractor, Aqua Backflow, before project water is drawn through it. An all- <br /> weather cover shall be placed over all backflow prevention assemblies 4 inch <br /> and smaller. <br /> 115. FOG PROGRAM: All new food service establishments (FSEs) and all existing <br /> food service establishments with a building permit valuation of$50,000 or more <br /> shall obtain a wastewater discharge permit from the Director of Operations and <br /> Water Utilities and comply with the grease interceptor requirements as set forth <br /> in PMC Section 15.44. All other FSEs shall at a minimum comply with the grease <br /> trap and wastewater discharge permit requirements as set forth in PMC Section <br /> 15.44. <br /> 116. RECYCLED WATER: Recycled water should be used on site during the grading <br /> and construction period. However, under any declared stage of water shortage, <br /> recycled water must be used throughout the grading and construction period. <br />
