Pleasanton Fire Station 2 Privacy Upgrade Proposal <br /> September 25, 2019 <br /> Page 2 <br /> • Analyze the existing mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems to <br /> determine potential impacts based on proposed improvements. <br /> • Develop cost estimates for the station proposed improvements. The <br /> estimates prepared at this phase will be generally square foot cost <br /> estimates for the various building components, and will include a design <br /> development contingency (to allow for potential increases as the design is <br /> refined further in the later stages of the project). <br /> Meet with Project Team to discuss budget, program and design issues. <br /> - Prepare a design narrative describing the feasibility of the design <br /> approach for each station. <br /> - Make required submissions to City for preliminary report review and <br /> comments. <br /> Make corrections and adjustments to incorporate City comments and <br /> make final presentation to City Council to present report findings. <br /> For this Phase we have included three coordination meetings at a desired <br /> location with selected City staff and stakeholders. <br /> At the conclusion of this Phase a proposal will be provided for the <br /> additional services required to provide complete construction documents <br /> for the approved improvements. <br /> ADDITIONAL SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED ON AN HOURLY BASIS <br /> The following items are not included in the Basic Services, and will be provided <br /> as additional services only after written authorization is received.
