The Pledge of Allegiance was <br /> recited. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Committee Members Present: Chairperson Bryan Bowers, Acting Vice-Chairperson <br /> Nancy Allen, David Fisch, Tom Hall, Steve McGinnis, <br /> Todd Nelson, and Sharon Piekarski. <br /> Committee Members Absent: Don Johnston and Herb Ritter. <br /> Staff Present: Mike Tassano, City Traffic Engineer; Matt Nelson, <br /> Associate Traffic Engineer; Lea Frizzell, Recording <br /> Secretary. <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> None. <br /> MINUTES <br /> 1. Approve regular meeting minutes of April 22, 2019 <br /> A motion was made by Steve McGinnis, seconded by Vice-Chair Allen, to approve the <br /> April 22, 2019 meeting minutes. The motion was approved. <br /> MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> 2. Introductions/Awards/Recognitions/Presentations <br /> Mr. Nelson stated that Mr. Johnston, Mr. Hall and Mr. McGinnis have reached the end <br /> of their terms on the Bicycle, Pedestrian and Trails Committee.
