City staff contacted the City of San Ramon and <br /> was informed Panache Academie has been operating without incident and in accordance with <br /> the use permit granted to them. <br /> SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The subject site is an approximately 1.65-acre parcel located on the east side of Santa Rita <br /> Road in the Pleasant Village Shopping Center. The subject site is bound by the Shell service <br /> station and a freestanding restaurant building to the north, south of Pimlico Drive, a <br /> multi-tenant retail/commercial building to the northeast, single-family homes (Pleasanton <br /> Meadows/Fairlands neighborhood) to the south, and Rose Pavilion shopping center to the <br /> west, across Santa Rita Road. The site has two single-story buildings: a multi-tenant building <br /> measuring approximately 22,524 square feet in area, and a vacant drive-thru kiosk measuring <br /> approximately 117 square feet in area. There are 73 shared on-site parking spaces for the <br /> shopping center (46 standard stalls, 24 compact stalls, and three Americans with Disability Act <br /> (ADA) stalls.
