required to appear at a Human Services Commission and/or City Council <br />meeting. The final selection will be recommended by the City of <br />Pleasanton Library and Recreation Department and presented to the City <br />of Pleasanton City Council for final approval. <br />The selection process will involve identifying the most qualified proposal <br />who will be provided an opportunity to further refine the scope of work and <br />pricing prior to preparation of a service agreement. If a service agreement <br />is awarded, the City may elect to award it for all or only a portion of the <br />services included in this request for qualifications, to one or more provider. <br />The City reserves the right to not recommend any provider(s) for award. <br />Once awarded, a written agreement will be drafted regarding specific <br />program requirements. <br />VIII. RFQ Submission <br />a) Authorization <br />Any proposal must be signed and dated with the full name of the individual <br />authorized to submit a proposal for the scope of services included in the <br />request for qualifications. <br />b) Proposal Delivery <br />Four (4) sealed copies of the proposal, including the estimated fees and <br />schedule are due on or before 2 p.m. on February 11, 2020.
