Carlucci,.Varsha Clare, Harshkumar Gohil; Susan Hayes; <br />Janeen Rubino Brumm. Mike Sedlak, and Chairperson Meera <br />Parikh. <br />Commissioners Absent: Commissioners Kelsey Lem and Patty Powers. <br />Staff Present: Jay Ingram, Human Services Manager; Zack Silva, Recreation.. <br />Supervisor; Nicole Thomas, Recreation Supervisor; and Edith <br />Capon igro, .Recording Secretary. <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br />None. <br />MINUTES <br />1. Approve minutes from regular meeting on October 2, 2019 <br />Motion made by. Commissioner Hayes,seconded by Commissioner Clare, to approve the <br />October 2, 2019 meeting minutes. The motion was approved unanimously. <br />MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br />2. Introductions/Awards/Recognitions <br />a. Christine Beitsch-Bahmani, CityServe CEO <br />Ms. Beitsch-Bahmani advised that she had recently assumed the role of CEO for CityServe <br />after serving for 13 -years in the .Fremont Tri -City working with. nonprofit groups in that area. <br />She discussed the case -management policy of C.ityServe, its: strengths and the areas that are <br />in need of growth.' <br />Human Services Commission <br />November 6, 2019 <br />Page 1 <br />
