Approve minutes from regular meeting on October 2, 2019 <br />Motion made by. Commissioner Hayes,seconded by Commissioner Clare, to approve the <br />October 2, 2019 meeting minutes. The motion was approved unanimously. <br />MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br />2. Introductions/Awards/Recognitions <br />a.
