Ordinance No. 2200 <br /> Page 26 of 26 <br /> 123. RECYCLED WATER USE PERMIT: The applicant shall submit a Recycled Water Use <br /> Permit application and package (as outlined in the City's Recycled Water Use Guidelines <br /> available online), to the Recycled Water Program (925-931-5513). The Recycled Water <br /> Use Permit application and package shall be submitted concurrently with the building <br /> permit submittal and shall be conditionally approved by the Recycled Water Program prior <br /> to building permit issuance. Final approval by the Recycled Water Program is required <br /> before the start of recycled water service. Refer to PMC Section 14.06 for the regulations <br /> of recycled water use. <br /> 124. FOG PROGRAM: Unless it is determined not required by the Director of the Director of <br /> Operations and Water Utilities Department, the applicant shall obtain a wastewater <br /> discharge permit from the Director of Operations and Water Utilities and comply with the <br /> grease interceptor requirements as set forth in PMC Section 15.44. (Project Specific <br /> Condition) <br /> TRAFFIC ENGINEERING DIVISION <br /> 125. TRAFFIC CONTROL PLAN (TCP): A comprehensive traffic control plan shall be submitted <br /> to the City Traffic Engineer for review and approval. Best management practices to <br /> minimize traffic impacts shall be used during construction, including scheduling of major <br /> truck trips and deliveries, to avoid peak travel hours. The TCP shall have proper lane <br /> closure procedures such as flagger stations, signage, cones, and other warning devices <br /> implemented during construction. The TCP shall also include time of day/hours of lane <br /> closures and total number of days. <br /> 126. TRUCK ROUTES: The haul route for all materials to and from the project site shall be <br /> reviewed and approved by the City Traffic Engineer prior to building permit issuance and <br /> shall include the provision to monitor the street surfaces used for the haul route so that <br /> any damage and debris attributable to the haul trucks is identified and corrected at the <br /> expense of the applicant. <br /> 127. TRAFFIC IMPACT FEES: The applicant shall pay any traffic impact fees for the <br /> development as determined by the City Traffic Engineer. The fee shall be paid prior to <br /> building permit issuance. <br /> [end] <br />
