This includes <br /> equipment, oil, gas, chemicals, harmful materials, fill or storage. <br /> d. No oil, gasoline, chemicals. or other harmful materials shall be deposited or <br /> disposed within the dripline of the trees or in drainage channels, swales, or <br /> areas that may lead to the dripline. <br /> e. No sign, wires, or ropes shall be attached to the trees. <br /> f. No stockpiling/storage of construction materials, fill, etc., shall take place <br /> underneath or within 5-feet of the dripline of the existing trees. <br /> g. No equipment or temporary structures shall be placed within or beneath the <br /> dripline of the existing trees. <br /> Failure to comply with these requirements may result in a "stop work order". <br /> 117. PARKING LOT TREES: The two Crape Myrtle parking lot trees located on either end of <br /> the parking stalls to the east of the carwash building shall be changed to a larger shade <br /> tree that has a mature canopy of at least 30' height x 30' width. (Project Specific <br /> Condition) <br /> 118. TREE REMOVAL: Tree #57 per the arborist report is likely to be damaged beyond <br /> recovery due to the realignment of the driveway and shall be shown as removed and <br /> replaced. (Project Specific Condition) <br /> 119. SHRUBS AT PROPERTY LINE: The proposed privets between the sidewalk on Hopyard <br /> Road and the proposed convenience store building shall be replaced with a more <br /> appropriate and defensive evergreen shrub, to discourage pedestrians cutting through the <br /> landscape area This replacement shrub species shall be shown on the plans submitted <br /> for issuance of a building permit and is subject to review and approval by the City <br /> Landscape Architect. (Project Specific Condition) <br /> OPERATIONS SERVICES DEPARTMENT — ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES/UTILITIES <br /> DIVISION <br /> 120. BACKFLOW PREVENTION ASSEMBLIES: Backflow preventer assemblies shall be <br /> designed and installed in accordance with current City Standards 704, 705, 706; State <br /> Health and Safety Code; Title 17; and as required by the Director of Operations and Water <br /> Utilities. All backflow preventer assemblies shall be tested and certified by a City approved <br /> tester with the certification submitted to the City's contractor, Aqua Backflow. Testing will <br /> be performed at the time City water is turned on to the site. If an existing backflow <br /> preventer is on the site it shall be tested and certified by an approved tester with the <br /> certification submitted to the City's contractor, Aqua Backflow, before project water is <br /> drawn through it. An all-weather cover shall be placed over all backflow prevention <br /> assemblies 4 inch and smaller. <br /> 121. RECYCLED WATER: Recycled water should be used on site during the grading and <br /> construction period. However. under any declared stage of water shortage, recycled water <br /> must be used throughout the grading and construction period. <br /> 122. RECYCLED WATER USE REQUIREMENT: If the site is within the city's recycled water <br /> service area (recycled water distribution system is along route to the proposed <br /> application). the irrigation system must be designed in accordance with the City's <br /> Recycled Water Use Guidelines and Recycled Water Irrigation Standards, per PMC <br /> Section 14.06. Refer to PMC Section 14.20 for a list of exceptions. <br />
