Zoning for the property is PUD-C (Planned Unit <br /> Development-Commercial) District. <br /> Associate Planner Jennifer Hagen presented the specifics of the item in the Agenda Report. <br /> Chair Allen disclosed that she lives across the street from the proposed location and more than <br /> 1,000 feet from the project. While she has spoken to various people about the project, she can <br /> participate in hearing the item. <br /> Commissioner Ritter asked if the use of this facility was for knife throwing, whether the project <br /> would be subject to the same process as axe throwing. <br /> Ms. Hagen confirmed.
