Fees <br /> 34. FEES: The applicant shall pay any and all fees to which the property may be subject, prior to <br /> issuance of grading and/or building permits, or prior to recordation of the final map, whichever is <br /> applicable. The type and amount of the fees shall be those in effect at the time the permit is <br /> issued. <br /> 35. WATER FEES AND WATER METER CONNECTION FEES: The applicant shall pay the <br /> applicable Zone 7 and City connection fees and water meter cost for any water meters and <br /> irrigation meters, if applicable, prior to building permit issuance. <br /> 36. SEWER FEES: The applicant shall pay the applicable Dublin-San Ramon Services District <br /> (DSRSD) and City sewer permit fees prior to building permit issuance. <br /> 37. SCHOOL IMPACT FEES — RESIDENTIAL NEW CONSTRUCTION: Applicant shall work with the <br /> Pleasanton Unified School District (PUSD) to develop a program to offset this project's long term <br /> effect on school facility needs in Pleasanton. This program shall be designed to fund school <br /> facilities necessary to offset this project's reasonably related effect on the long-term need for <br /> expanded school facilities. The method and manner for the provision of these funds and/or <br /> facilities shall be approved by the PUSD and in place prior to building permit issuance. Written <br /> proof of compliance with this condition shall be provided by applicant to the City, on a form <br /> generated by the PUSD, prior to building permit issuance. <br /> ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT — LAND DEVELOPMENT — 925-931-5650 <br /> Design <br /> 38. DESIGN PER CITY STANDARDS: All public improvements shall be designed in compliance with <br /> the City Standard Specifications and Details in effect at the time of the issuance of the <br /> encroachment, grading, or subdivision permit, whichever occurs first. <br /> 39. GEOTECHNICAL CONSULTANT— DESIGN CERTIFICATION: The applicant shall comply with <br /> the recommendations of the project geotechnical report. The applicant's California licensed <br /> geotechnical engineer shall review and approve all foundation, retaining walls, drainage and <br /> geotechnical aspects of the final grading and improvement plans and shall certify on the plans or <br /> as otherwise acceptable to the Director of Engineering/City Engineer that the plans are in general <br /> compliance with the recommendations of the project geotechnical report. The applicant shall bear <br /> all costs for work related to this condition by their geotechnical engineer. <br /> 40. GRADING AND DRAINAGE PLAN: The stormwater from the down spouts and the drainage <br /> swales shall be collected into an underground storm drain system to eliminate the possibility of <br /> erosion on steep slopes. In addition, field inlets (with side openings and a grate on the top) shall <br /> be added at the end of the proposed drainage swale on the west side of the DDA and the field <br /> inlet shall be connected to a downstream field inlet or catch basin. DUST CONTROL PLAN: The applicant shall submit a written dust control plan or procedure with <br /> the first submittal of the grading and improvement plans to the Engineering Department subject to <br /> the review and approval of the Director of Engineering/City Engineer. <br /> P19-0151 Planning Commission <br /> Page 6 of 12 <br />fornia <br /> Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines. In the event of discovery or recognition of any <br /> human remains in any on-site location, there shall be no further excavation or disturbance of the <br /> site or any nearby area reasonably suspected to overlie adjacent remains until the County <br /> coroner has determined, in accordance with any law concerning investigation of the <br /> circumstances, the manner and cause of death and has made recommendations concerning <br /> treatment and dispositions of the human remains to the person responsible for the excavation, or <br /> to their authorized representative.
