<br /> Surrounding land uses include: an office building to the immediate south (occupied by

<br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION
<br /> The project proposal (Attachment 4) consists of the following components:
<br /> Entitlements
<br /> • A Rezoning from C-N to PUD-C for the proposed project and Planned Unit
<br /> Development (PUD) development plan; and
<br /> • Conditional Use Permit to operate a self-service station with a drive-through
<br /> carwash and convenience store with the sale of alcoholic beverages.
