Per the 20-Year Repair and Replacement <br /> Plan, several projects have been identified to be completed this fiscal year. Staff is <br /> seeking to amend the as-needed contract with Ella Construction for FY 2019/20 to <br /> increase the compensation amount. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Authorize the City Manager to amend the agreement with Ella Construction for FY <br /> 2019/20 in the not-to-exceed amount of $500,000. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> The agreement with Ella Construction is funded by the Facilities Renovation (Internal <br /> Service Fund - 515) to maintain and renovate City facilities for FY 2019/20. <br />
