FIRE HAZARDS: The project developer shall keep the site free of fire hazards from the start of lumber construction until the final inspection. 92. FIRE CODE: All construction shall conform to the requirements of the 2016 Pleasanton Fire Code and local ordinances. All required permits shall be obtained prior to work commencement. 93. SITE SAFETY: Site safety during construction shall be in accordance with Fire Code chapter 33. 94.
