Downtown Specific Plan Update <br />General Plan Amendments <br />ATTACHMENT 1 <br />2 <br />Page Proposed Amendment <br />Notes: du = dwelling unit(s), FAR = floor area ratio <br />a This will be based on a planned unit development (PUD) or Specific Plan, as either may be amended <br />from time to time, subject to the 150 percent maximum FAR.. <br />b An FAR of up to 300 percent is allowed in the Downtown Specific Plan area. The FAR maximum for <br />properties within the Downtown Specific Plan area shall be that established in the specific plan. <br />c Projects may use the Mixed Use FAR and density ranges only if they include uses that are authorized <br />by the Mixed Use land use designation.
