Ms. Gray provided examples on the use of bond funds. <br />Mr. Dolan confirmed with Commissioners that the consensus was for staff to pursue the <br />Renew AC Program and that they should bring back a revised program recommendation for <br />the Commission to consider. He noted that City Council had had the same questions <br />concerning rental opportunities. <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION <br />None. <br />COMMISSION REPORTS <br />None. <br />FUTURE MEETING AGENDAS <br />Commissioner Kiziloglu asked about development of the East Side. Mr. Dolan indicated the <br />developer has not made any application and the biggest challenge will be political so they are <br />doing due diligence. He also noted that two separate low-income housing projects are being <br />proposed. <br />Chairperson Soby requested that when another Task Force is put in place for the East Side that <br />a member of the Housing Commission be included.
