THE CITY OF <br />PLE S4NTON® <br />CALL TO ORDER — PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />Housing Commission <br />Minutes <br />Chairperson Tony Soby called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 20, 2019, in <br />the City Council Chambers, 200 Old Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, California. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was recited, led by Chairperson Soby. <br />Roll call: <br />Present: Commissioners Kate Duggan, Matthew Gaidos, Zarina Kiziloglu, Anne Welsh, <br />and Chairperson Tony Soby. <br />Absent: Jay Galvin <br />Staff: Brian Dolan, Assistant City Manager; Steve Hernandez, Housing Manager; and <br />Edith Caponigro, Recording Secretary. <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br />There were none. <br />MINUTES <br />1. Approve Regular Meeting Minutes of May 16, 2019 <br />Corrections: <br />Page 1, item 3: Spelling of Commissioner Kiziloglu <br />Page 3, item 6 (4) para.3: Commissions should be Commissioners <br />Page 5, Matters Initiated, para.2: ...City of Pleasanton a0d contracts with... <br />Page 5, Matters Initiated, para.3: ... commented on a 29 8 -page Tri -Valley Report and <br />felt more information should be provided to the Commission by staff rather than it being <br />received in other ways. She questioned why the City couldn't provide information to the <br />Commission. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Welsh, seconded by Commissioner Gaidos, to approve <br />the May 26, 2019 meeting minutes as amended.
