Public Correspondence <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends the Planning Commission adopt the attached resolution recommending <br />approval of PUD -133 to the City Council, based on the required findings and subject to the <br />draft Conditions of Approval listed in Exhibit A. <br />EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br />The applicant, Saravana Chilla, is proposing to demolish the existing approximately 940 - <br />square -foot single-family home and associated outbuildings and subdivide the property to <br />allow for the construction of three new detached single-family homes. The subject property is <br />located within the Downtown Specific Plan (DSP) area and is zoned PUD -HDR. As such, the <br />project requires PUD development plan approval. The application was previously presented to <br />the Commission as a workshop, on June 12, 2019, and is now before the Planning <br />Commission for recommendation of approval, approval with conditions, or denial of the <br />application to the City Council. <br />
