Water -powered devices, such as water -powered lifts, shall have a <br />dedicated hose bibb water source. <br />Exception: Residential pools and spas shall not be required to have hose bibbs located at <br />150 -foot (45,720 mm) intervals, nor have a dedicated hose bibb for water -powered devices. <br />20.55.080 ISPSC Section 307 General Design amended. <br />Section 307.1 is amended to read as follows: <br />307.1 General design requirements. Sections 307.1.1 through 307.1.4 shall apply to all pools <br />and spas. <br />307.1.1 Glazing in hazardous locations. Hazardous locations shall be as defined in the <br />California Building Code or the California Residential Code, as applicable. Where glazing is <br />determined to be in a hazardous location, the requirements for the glazing shall be in <br />accordance with those codes, as applicable. <br />307.1.2 Color and finishes. For other than residential pools and residential spas, the colors, <br />patterns, or finishes of the pool or spa interiors shall not obscure objects or surfaces within <br />the pool or spa. <br />307.1.3 Roofs or canopies. Roofs or canopies over pools and spas shall be in accordance <br />with the California Building Code or California Residential Code as applicable and shall be <br />constructed so as to prevent water runoff into the pool or spa. <br />307.1.4 Accessibility. An accessible route to and into public pools and spas shall be provided <br />in accordance with the California Building Code. <br />Section 307.2.2 is amended to read as follows: <br />307.2.2 Materials and structural design. Pools and spas shall conform to one or more of the <br />standards indicated in Table 307.2.2. The structural design of pools and spas shall be in <br />accordance with the California Building Code. <br />20.55.090 ISPSC Chapter 4 Public Swimming Pools amended. <br />Chapter 4 is deleted in its entirety and is amended to read as shown in Chapter 31 B of the <br />California Building Code. <br />20.55.100 ISPSC Chapter 5 Public Spas and Public Exercise Spas amended. <br />Chapter 5 is deleted in its entirety and is amended to read as shown in Chapter 31 B of the <br />California Building Code. <br />20.55.110 ISPSC Chapter 6 Aquatic Recreation Facilities amended. <br />Chapter 6 is deleted in its entirety and is amended to read as shown in Chapter 31 B of the <br />California Building Code. <br />20.55.120 ISPSC Chapter 7 Onground Storable Residential Swimming Pools <br />amended. <br />Section 703.1 is amended to read as follows: <br />Page 48 of 52 <br />
