workday. 2.2 The recognition language may be determined by the City, but shall include the "Workday, Inc." name and/or logo to be provided and approved by Workday. The placement and format of any recognition line bearing the name of Workday will be reviewed in advance by Workday and must be mutually agreed upon by the Parties. Workday agrees not to withhold such agreement unreasonably. 3. PUBLICITY AND PROMOTION Any publicity, marketing and promotional materials related to Workday's support of the Library Project will be coordinated by the City and Workday. Workday may engage in additional publicity and marketing, regarding its sponsorship of the Library on Workday's website or other media. 4. FORCE MAJEURE Neither Party shall have any liability to the other for any failure to perform, or for any cancellation in connection with performance of any obligations hereunder , if such failure or cancellation is due to, or in any manner caused by, the laws, regulations, acts, inactions, demands, orders or interpositions of any government, or by acts of God, strikes, fire, flood, weather, war, terrorism, rebellion, insurrection or any other causes beyond the control of either Party, whether similar or dissimilar to the foregoing. 5. AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES 5.1 City Representative.
