Would Pleasanton be insulated from potential liabilities of EBCE? <br />11. What customer safeguards exist in the event of a catastrophic CCA failure? Will <br />PG&E be able to absorb a sudden influx of customers? <br />Governance <br />12.Are EBCE Board's decisions generally aligned with Pleasanton's values? <br />Consider: <br />• How large a voting share would Pleasanton have compared to other <br />jurisdictions in a load -based voting system? <br />• Can Pleasanton join forces with other Tri -Valley cities to amplify its voice due <br />to shared values and micro -climate? <br />• Are there sufficient measures in the voting system to mitigate the load -based <br />voting dominance? <br />• Touch base with other cities participating in EBCE, at a minimum Livermore <br />and Dublin, to get their feedback on participating in the program and feedback <br />they have received from residents. <br />
