THE CITY OF <br />p���L-L�S�NTON� CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br />l <br />September 17, 2019 <br />Community Development <br />Traffic Engineering Division <br />TITLE: ADOPT RESOLUTION AMENDING THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE TO <br />REDUCE TO ZERO ($0) THE TRI -VALLEY TRANSPORTATION <br />DEVELOPMENT FEE FOR ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS AND SECOND <br />SUMMARY <br />On July 15, 2019, the Tri -Valley Transportation Council (TNTC) approved a resolution <br />reducing the Accessory Dwelling Unit/Second Dwelling Unit Fee for the Tri -Valley <br />Transportation Development (TVTD) Fee to zero ($0). Resetting this fee to zero <br />supports the TVTC's desire to promote more affordable housing in the area. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Adopt a resolution amending the Master Fee Schedule to reduce to zero ($0) the TVTD <br />Fee for Accessory Dwelling Units and Second Dwelling Units. <br />FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br />There is no fiscal impact to the City, as the TVTD Fee is apass-through fee which the <br />City collects on behalf of the TNTC. <br />
