Facility Cultural Arts Building Address 4477 Black Avenue Frequency 7 -Day Service Square Footage 3,200 Daily Service Requirements • Clean and sweep all entryways including Foyer • Clean ALL glass on storefront entryways • Sweep out area around kilns • Blow off and sweep front entryway inside gated area • Empty all exterior trash cans and clean lids • Clean all stainless steel including drinking fountains and kick plates • Empty all trash cans and replace liners • Empty all recycle cans and place contents into Pleasanton Garbage Service recycle containers. • Clean all mirrors in Dance Studio • Restock all dispensers (Do not over fill Multifold Towel dispensers) • Thoroughly clean and sanitize all urinals and toilets (every exposed surface of china including under bowl and all sides MUST be cleaned and sanitized) • Thoroughly clean and sanitize all faucets • Thoroughly clean and sanitize all counter tops • Thoroughly clean and sanitize restroom floor • Clean all floors, counter tops and flat surfaces in Pottery Studio. Studio MUST be dust free every day. Weekly Service Requirements • Deep clean all restrooms (see Deep Cleaning Specifications) • Remove any rust, calcium, chemical or hard water stains and polish all related chrome • Remove and soap build-up or hard water stains • Polish all stainless-steel devices, equipment and dispensers- Including all kitchen equipment Monthly Service Requirements • High dust all areas of building • Clean all vents, grills and registers • Clean baseboards • Clean outside light fixtures and remove cobwebs Bi -Annual Service Requirements • Strip and wax all hard surface floors in building (see Floor Finish Specifications for details on acceptable finish methods) • Wash windows in entire building (see Window Washing Specifications) Page � 17
