Facility Gingerbread Preschool Address 4333 Black Avenue Frequency 5 -Day Service Square Footage 6,000 square feet Daily Service Requirements • Vacuum all carpeted areas including under desks, chairs, and tables • Clean and sweep all entryways including Foyer • Clean ALL glass on storefront entryway • Blow off and sweep front entryway and front patio • Empty all exterior trash cans and clean lids • Clean all stainless steel including drinking fountains and kick plates • Empty all trash cans and replace liners • Empty all recycle cans and place contents into Pleasanton Garbage Service recycle containers • Spot clean carpet • Restock all dispensers (Do not over fill Multifold Towel dispensers) • Thoroughly clean and sanitize all urinals and toilets (every exposed surface of china including under bowl and all sides MUST be cleaned and sanitized) • Thoroughly clean and sanitize all faucets • Thoroughly clean and sanitize all counter tops • Clean and polish all stainless-steel devices, equipment and dispensers- Including all kitchen equipment • Thoroughly clean and sanitize restroom floors Weekly Service Requirements • Dust file cabinets, partitions, and wall mounted picture frames • Deep clean all restrooms (see Deep Cleaning Specifications) • High dust all areas of building • Clean all vents, grills and registers • Clean baseboards • Clean outside light fixtures and remove cobwebs • Remove any rust, calcium, chemical or hard water stains and polish all related chrome • Remove and soap build-up or hard water stains Bi -Annual Service Requirements (August and December) • Strip and wax all hard surface floors in building (see Floor Finish Specifications for details on acceptable finish methods) • Bonnet clean or extract all carpeted areas • Wash windows in entire building (see Window Washing Specifications) Page � 16
