SERVICES <br />The expectation of the service standard is to maintain the highest possible level of cleanliness <br />for our facilities through a clear and concise outline of duties and their frequencies. Daily, <br />weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and bi-annual services are outlined by building with all <br />responsibilities clearly indicated as to frequency (see Facility Specifications). <br />Day Porter —not included in FY 2019/20 <br />Contractor shall provide specialized day porter services Tuesday through Sunday <br />between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. to respond to emergencies, monitoring <br />and replenishing restrooms, ensuring all exterior and interior entrances are mopped to <br />prevent soil and moisture deposits over high traffic areas and other cleaning as <br />necessary. <br />Locker Room Deep Cleaning at Aquatic Center, Police Department, OSD Admin building <br />— Bi -Weekly <br />Contractor shall provide a "Deep Cleaning" of all locker rooms and showers every two <br />(2) weeks and shall consist of total sanitization and thorough scrubbing of the entire <br />interior. <br />Deep Cleaning —Monthly <br />Contractor shall provide a "Deep Cleaning" of all restrooms covered under this <br />agreement at no less than once every 30 calendar days. Contractor shall provide an <br />annual calendar for review and approval. <br />Commercial Kitchen Cleaning —Monthly <br />Contractor shall provide cleaning of all commercial kitchens for a health environment for <br />the preparation of food by sanitizing all surfaces and equipment on a monthly basis. <br />Contractor shall provide an annual calendar for review and approval. <br />Carpet Care — Bi -Annual <br />The intention of this section is to ensure that all carpeted areas present themselves well, <br />are free from dirt and stains and have a well care for look. Carpets shall be cleaned at a <br />minimum of twice yearly unless otherwise directed by city representative. Carpet <br />extraction shall be performed with a truck mounted hot water system with onboard <br />recovery. Recovered water shall be discharged lawfully into a sanitary sewer. <br />Window Washing —Quarterly and Bi -Annual <br />Contractor shall provide cleaning and washing of all exterior windows twice annually. <br />Windows shall not be scheduled to be cleaned during inclement weather. Contractor <br />shall provide an annual calendar for review and approval. *The Firehouse Arts Center <br />requires all lobby glass (inside and out, higher than nine feet) to be cleaned four (4) times <br />a year. <br />Page � 10 <br />
