Attachment 1 FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT This First Amendment to Agreement 2019343 ("First Amendment") is entered into this 3rd day of September 2019 by the City of Pleasanton ("City") and SCI Consulting Group ("Consultant"). Whereas, on December 21, 2019,the City and Consultant entered into a Professional Services Agreement for financial and engineering services for the city-maintained lighting and landscape maintenance districts (the "Agreement"); and Whereas, the parties desire to amend the Agreement for an additional one year term and provide additional professional services during the extended term. Now, therefore, in exchange for valuable consideration,the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged the parties agree as follows: 1. Section 1 of the Agreement, "Consultant's Services" is amended to reference the attached Exhibit A. 2. Section 3 of the Agreement, "Term" is extended for one (1) additional year to December 31, 2020. 3. Section 4 of the Agreement, "Compensation" is amended to read: For the professional services to be rendered, City shall pay Consultant on a time- and materials basis. Compensation shall be the amount set forth in, and based on the rate schedule of Exhibit"A" which is attached and incorporated to this Agreement. The payments shall be made on a monthly basis upon receipt and approval of Consultant's invoice. Total compensation for additional services shall not exceed$66,800.00. 4. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
