June 27, 2019 Page 3 of 3 Additional Services Any work not specifically referenced in the above Scope of Services—for example (but not limited to) analyzing a different project description (or alternatives), reviewing a new or revised site plan, conducting additional intersection counts or collecting additional data, analyzing additional intersections, attendance at additional meetings, responding to more than one round of editorial comments, analyzing different phases of development, protracted project schedule, review of the traffic model, and drawing conceptual plans for mitigation measures—shall be considered additional services. Additional services will require additional budget and may require additional time to be added to the project schedule. Schedule& Budget Billings for the project will be conducted monthly on a time and expenses basis, for work items 1 through 11, as outlined in our Scope of Services. This scope and the associated price quote assumes all project- related activities will be completed within one year. Extended project schedules will require additional budget for project administration. Barring any unforeseen delays (such as rain disrupting traffic counts), we anticipate preparation of a draft memo report for the City to review in approximately 8-9 weeks. The final report will be delivered one week after receipt of all review comments. Cognizant of your desired schedule, we are ready to start work immediately upon authorization.
