BACKGROUND <br /> The Operations Services Department's Support Services Division is responsible for <br /> managing the goods and services agreement for city-wide space planning and furniture <br /> installation. Snow Commercial Interiors has been a vendor with the City for over 10 <br /> years assisting with space planning and furniture installation for various City facilities. <br /> DISCUSSION <br /> The current as-needed contract for space planning and furniture installation expired on <br /> June 30, 2019. Therefore, a Request For Bids (RFB) was formally advertised in May <br /> 2019. One bid proposal was received from Snow Commercial Interiors and was <br /> confirmed to have met the bid requirements. The City has worked with Snow <br /> Commercial Interiors for the past 10 years and has established a standard for furniture <br /> in City facilities. A scope of work provided to Snow Commercial Interiors is detailed in <br /> Exhibit A of the goods and services agreement. <br /> The total compensation for the first three years of the goods and services agreement is <br /> $600,000 with a not-to-exceed contract amount of $200,000 per fiscal year. <br /> Submitted by: Fiscal Review: Approved y: <br /> Kathleen Yurchak Tina Olson Nelson Fialho <br /> Director of Operations and Director of Finance City Manager <br /> Water Utilities <br /> Attachments: <br /> 1.
