EXHIBIT A-2 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES <br /> 1. City of Pleasanton (COP) will provide all of the staff and resources <br /> necessary to perform the daily, weekly and monthly tasks outlined in <br /> this agreement. This includes all routine scheduled infrastructure <br /> inspections, data monitoring, production meter reads, water sample <br /> collection and analysis, minor repairs and customer service requests. <br /> 2. All service capability are immediately scalable to expand to fulfill non- <br /> routine laboratory analyses, planned capital improvement projects, <br /> unplanned extraordinary emergency maintenance and expanded meter <br /> reading services. <br /> 3. COP average emergency personnel response time is sixty (60) minutes. <br /> 4. COP will be adding a one-half(1/2) full time equivalent (FTE) <br /> employee over the course of the contract to provide a primary resource <br /> for continuity of scheduled routine services, (i.e. fire flow tests, <br /> inspections, etc). This will allow for the seamless integration of <br /> Castlewood service requirements directly into the existing regular <br /> work planning hours which are defined as 0700 hours to 1500 hours, <br /> seven (7) days a week, including holidays. From 1500 hours to 0700 <br /> hours, a time and materials rate would apply at the overtime rate <br /> schedule. <br />
