h. Capital improvement projects are not covered as part of the monthly <br /> operation and maintenance fee and will be billed separately to the <br /> County. <br /> i. Extraordinary maintenance; Extraordinary maintenance is defined as <br /> costs that are more than $1,000 per incident. Pump repairs and main <br /> breaks are examples of events that could be "extraordinary <br /> maintenance". Contractor will need either written or oral <br /> authorization by the County before proceeding with any <br /> extraordinary maintenance except in cases which in the Contractor's <br /> judgment repairs are necessary to safeguard the public or the County. <br /> The Contractor will notify the County as soon as practical that such a <br /> repair was required. <br />
