We continued to deepen the presence of the <br />County -wide Coordinated Entry System for triaging housing resources and integrated a majority of the <br />homeless individuals in Pleasanton, including a large increase in the individuals receiving intensive case <br />management services. This resulted in permanently housing 4 households in permanent, supportive <br />housing, with additional individuals in the process of being housed. <br />23.
