<br /> EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
<br /> The proposed project is to construct an approximately 7,432-square-foot single-family
<br /> residence with an approximately 1,603-square-foot garage. The Planning Commission may
<br /> approve, approve with conditions, or deny the application.

<br /> Application Background
<br /> The subject lot at 4108 Foothill Road is located within the West Foothill Road Corridor Overlay
<br /> District (WFRCOD). In 1989, the City Council approved PUD-87-19 on a 50-acre combined
<br /> site for 20 single-family custom home lots (14 of which were included on the approximately
<br /> 29.8-acre Yee property). In 2010, the City Council approved a modification to the original PUD
