As a result of the above, only TESCO has an <br /> intimate knowledge of the existing SCADA system and system back bone that will be <br /> required to implement the new SCADA system while minimizing risk of impact to <br /> operations. <br /> The agreement not-to-exceed amount of$312,550 includes a contingency of$62,500. <br /> This contingency is for additional as-needed services related to the project that may be <br /> desired by the City after further development of the SCADA System design that are not <br /> currently defined in the scope of work.
