d. The City will be responsible for design of the remodeling of the existing SCADA Room that will host all related SCADA equipment including a new server room. The Consultants shall coordinate SCADA system design with remodeling design by the City. 4. Conduct a workshop that presents draft design submittal. 5. Coordinate with Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA)to conduct a security assessment of draft system design and incorporate recommendations as appropriate. 6. Provide a final design submittal package that shall incorporate City's review comments and serve as the technical scope of work confirmation for Task 2.0. 7. Provide an updated budget and schedule for procurement of software/hardware and implementation services. Assumptions: 1. Attendance at kickoff meeting and workshops, as well as review of design submittal package, may include the following from the City: a. City's Utilities Project Management Team b. City's IT Department c. City's Facilities team responsible for remodeling of the SCADA room 2. City will have up to 3 weeks to review the draft design submittal package and provide written comments. Task 2.0—Implementation Services 1. Procure SCADA system software to be specified under Task 1.0. The City's IT Department will procure required Microsoft software and all SCADA system hardware specified under Task 1.0. 2. Implement the SCADA system per the requirements to be specified under Task 1.0. Implementation shall include installation, configuration, networking and programming of all software, hardware, and connections to existing telemetry system; and cutover from existing to new system. The City's existing SCADA screen designs will be reused for design of the new SCADA systems graphical interface. 3. Perform factory and field testing. 4. Provide implementation submittals including testing documentation, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals. 7IPage
