Enclosed is our scope and fee for Construction Support Services. <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Task 1—Project Management <br /> Task 1.1— Project Management, Coordination, and Oversight <br /> Our Project Manager,Todd Kotey, will provide technical oversight during construction and will be <br /> available, either in person or by phone, for all project meetings. Our Deputy Project Manager and <br /> Project Engineer, Davina Carboni, will provide day to day management of the budget and <br /> scheduling along with daily coordination with the project team members and subconsultants. <br /> Monthly progress updates will be prepared for the City's Project Manager to keep him informed <br /> on the budget and schedule. <br /> Task 1.2—Project Meetings <br /> At the City's request, the team including subconsultants V&A Corrosion Engineers and Frisch <br /> Electrical will be present at the pre-construction meeting. Approximately 20-hours have been <br /> added for the team to be available by phone, when necessary, for construction meetings. <br /> Task 2—Engineering Services During Construction <br /> Task 2.1 —Submittals, RFIs, CCOs <br /> www.murraysmith.us <br />
