Waived full reading and adopted Resolution No. 19-1090 approving the rates for solid waste, <br /> recyclable materials, and organic materials collection <br /> 2. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute second amendment to lease agreement for <br /> installation of telecommunications equipment with New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC., on the <br /> Doolan Tower located at 3801 Doolan Road <br /> Community Development <br /> 3. Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br /> Engineering <br /> 4. Public Hearing - Waived full reading and adopted Resolutions approving 2019/20 annual <br /> assessments for Lighting and Landscape Maintenance Districts: Resolution No. 19-1091 for <br /> 1984-1 (Ponderosa-Del Prado), Resolution No. 19-1092 for 1993-1 (Windsor), Resolution No. <br /> 19-1093 for 1993-2 (Bonde Ranch), Resolution No. 19-1094 for 1994-1 (Oak Tree Farm), and <br /> Resolution No. 19-1095 for 1955-1 (Moller Ranch) <br /> 5. Approved conditionally the final map, approved improvement plans, and subdivision agreement <br /> for Tract 8352 located at 1500 Lund Ranch Road; waived full reading and adopted Resolution <br /> No. 19-1096 delegating authority to the Director of Engineering to Execute Grants of Easements <br /> associated with Tract 8352 <br /> 6.
