ICode of the City of Pleasanton dealing with the undergrounding of utilities in Industrial Districts is amended to provlde as follows: I. "92-7 22 Underground Utilities In I-P, I-G and L-I Districtsi i! electric and communication service wires to a new !! structure shall be placed underground from the nearest! utility pole. If the Director of Public Works finds, upon application by the property owner, that compliance! is not feasible or economically justifiable, he shall permit different service arrangements. The property owner shall comply with the requirements of this sec- tion without expense to the City and shall make the necessary arrangements with the public utility involved~."
