All uses shall comply with the <br /> regulations prescribed in Article 3 of this chapter and <br /> with the additional regulations prescribed in this sec- <br /> tion. The Zoning Administrator may require submission <br /> of evidence of ability to comply with the required con-~ <br /> ditions or of the maintenance of the required condition~ <br /> as prescribed in Article 27 regarding Determination of <br /> Compliance with Required Conditions. <br /> <br /> 1. Noise. In an I-P or L-I District, no use except a <br /> temporary construction operation shall be permitted <br /> which creates, at any point beyond the boundaries <br /> of the site, noise of a maximum sound pressure <br /> level greater than the values given in the follow- ! <br /> ing table. In an I-G District no use except a <br /> temporary construction operation shall be permitted <br /> which creates, at any R or 0 district boundary, <br /> noise of a maximum sound pressure level greater <br /> than the values given in the following table.
