5. Permitting Strategy—Prepare a comprehensive memorandum listing the environmental <br /> regulatory agencies with jurisdiction over the Project and from which City will need to <br /> obtain permits in order to conduct the planned routine maintenance work. The <br /> memorandum shall include a breakdown of the information each agency will require, <br /> steps involved in the permitting process, and an approximate timeline for acquiring each <br /> permit.
