The as-needed contract has a $50,000 annual maximum. Staff <br /> solicited proposals for an as-needed pavement striping and signage services contract <br /> and received three proposals, with Womack Striping submitting the lowest qualified <br /> proposal. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> 1. Review the submitted proposals and award the as-needed pavement striping and <br /> signage services contract to Womack Striping. <br /> 2. Authorize the City Manager to enter into the as-needed maintenance contract. <br /> 3. Authorize the Community Development Director to review and approve future <br /> contract extensions per the provisions of the contract. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> Funding for the use of a pavement striping and signage contractor is included in the <br /> Capital Improvement Program budget. The pavement striping and signage budget is <br /> $50,000 in each year, for fiscal years 2019-20 and 2020-21, and utilizes Gas Tax <br /> funding. <br />
