<br /> PENALTIES
<br />
<br /> Section 1-1.tl of the Ordinance Code of the City of
<br />~iPleasanton herein is, pursuant to the requirements of Section
<br />~!50022.4 of the Government Code of the State of California is herein!
<br />~and hereby adopted as part of the Ordinance Code as follows:
<br />
<br /> T'~1-1.22 Violation of Code: Penalty. Except as otherwise pro-
<br /> vided, any person who violates any of the provisions
<br /> of this code or who fails to comply with any of the
<br /> regulatory requirements of this code is guilty of a
<br /> misdemeanor, and upon conviction is punishable by a
<br /> fine not exceeding Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) or
<br /> by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not
<br /> exceeding six (6) months, or by both."
