CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE No. 600 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING BY REFERENCE AN ORDINANCE CODE <br /> CONSISTING OF ALL SUBSISTING ORDINANCES OF GENERAL <br /> APPLICATION WITHIN THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, notice has been duly given and published and hearings held <br />i}pursuant to the provisions of Article 2, Chapter 1, Division 1, <br /> <br /> Title 5 of the Government Code, relating to the adoption by refer- <br />~ence of codifications and uniform codes, and no sufficient protest <br /> <br /> ~having been made and the best interest of the City of Pleasanton <br />!!appearing to be served by adoption of this Ordinance Code; <br /> <br />!THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> I. <br /> <br /> ~Section 1. ADOPTION OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTO~ <br /> <br /> There is hereby adopted by the City of Pleasanton that <br /> ~certain code which shall be known as the Ordinance Code of the City <br /> zof Pleasanton and which consists of all subsisting ordinances of <br /> the City of Pleasanton which are of general application and of <br /> ~those secondary codes already adopted by reference by the City of <br /> 2Pleasanton, and the same is hereby adopted and incorporated herein <br /> as fully as if set out in full herein and shall become effective at <br /> the time this ordinance becomes effective. <br /> <br /> Three copies of said Ordinance Code of the City of <br /> <br /> Pleasanton are and have been on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />:lClerk of the City of Pleasanton for examination by the publiC, and <br /> following adoption of the code herein, at least one copy thereof <br /> shall be maintained in the office of the City Clerk for examination! <br /> by the public, and a reasonable number of copies thereof shall be <br /> available at all times for purchase by the public at a price not <br /> <br /> <br />
