Powers, and Vice <br />Chairperson Mike Sedlak. <br />Commissioners Absent: Chairperson Meera Parikh. <br />Staff Present: Jay Ingram, Human Services Manager; Zack Silva, Recreation <br />Supervisor; and Edith. Caponigro, Recording Secretary. <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br />None. <br />MINUTES <br />Correction: Page 1 Roll Call — Janeen Rubino-Brumm included twice. <br />1. Approve minutes from regular meeting on April 3, 2019 <br />Motion made by Commissioner Rubino Brumm; seconded by Commissioner Hayes, to <br />approve the April 3, 2019 meeting minutes as corrected.
