THE CITY OF 1 5 <br /> .°°°i Ja"" CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br /> pLEASANTON <br /> June 4, 2019 <br /> Police <br /> TITLE: APPROVAL OF CONTRACT WITH ALL CITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES <br /> IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,374,246 FOR CROSSING GUARD SERVICES <br /> SUMMARY <br /> Staff recommends the City Council authorize execution of a contract with All City <br /> Management Services to provide crossing guard services for FY2019/20 through <br /> FY2022/23. <br /> All City Management has provided crossing guard services for the City of Pleasanton <br /> schools since 1995. All City Management will provide all crossing guard services <br /> including hiring, training, deployment, supervision, and management of the guards, <br /> purchasing and maintaining all associated equipment as well as monitoring the sites and <br /> providing alternate guards in case of absences. This item authorizes the City to enter <br /> into a three year agreement for services beginning in July 2019. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> It is recommended that the City Council approve the three year contract not to exceed <br /> $1,374,246 for crossing guard services. This contract includes an allowance for <br /> extension up to five years not to exceed $2,455,350 over five years. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> The funds for this agreement are in the General Fund budget in FY2019/20 and <br /> FY2020/21 and will continue to be included in future General Fund budgets. <br />
