Attachment 3 <br /> would like for re-evaluation of the Habit for Humanity Housing Rehabilitation Program to also be <br /> included in the motion. <br /> Commissioner Kiziloglu stated she did not want to approve funding for ECHO Housing and <br /> thought the funds for them would be better used by CityServe. Commissioner Welsh <br /> commented on ECHO's housing counseling services and the requested information the agency <br /> will be providing the Commission.
