RIDGE VIEW COMMONS UPDATE April 2019 • Apartment Turnover In April, we had three (3) new residents move -in, and three (3) residents move - out. The turnover pace has remained steady through the first quarter of 2019. • Annual Dryer Vents & Lint Traps RVC has four groups of cottage apartments. Each cottage apartment has its own washer and dryer. We also have two community laundry rooms, one for residents in the North building, and one for residents in the South building. Alpha Fire Control cleaned fifty - five lint traps, dryer vents and ducts in the cottage's and laundry rooms. • Fire Extinguisher Service Alpha Fire Control completed our annual fire extinguisher service, and all the units are fully charged and functioning. • Initial - Annual Fire Department Inspection The Livermore — Pleasanton Fire Department, in accordance with the current California Fire Code, Municipal Codes, and California Code of Regulations Title 19, required compliance in several areas. We replaced five Fire Riser Gauge's due to their expiration, and we had to install two new hydraulic name plates on the Risers. We were also required to install magnets on two sets of Fire Doors in the Community building lobby. Several additional areas of minor housekeeping were noted and addressed.
